So happy with the arrangements I ordered as gifts for Mother's day. The flowers were prepped at the Ajax location but I was able to specify them for pick up at Pickering Town Center which was more convenient for me. I made a quick call to customer service as I was a little confused as to where the flowers were ending up at first but it was sorted out with no problem and the rep was very friendly. As for the actual flowers, they were fresh, colourful, and with some not quite blooming yet which is absolutely perfect so the recipients can enjoy their flowers in full bloom. Needless to say mom and grandma were very impressed!

Ordered a bouquet for my fiances bridal shower. flowers were nice but when i went in store to pick…read moreup at 2pm on Saturday (the time i told them i was going to pick up), nobody was working. just an empty store with a 'be back in 5' sign on the counter. after 30 minutes and 6 calls to their headquarters did i finally get my flowers. i ended up running late to my own fiances bridal shower because of their unprofessional staff. This was my first experience ordering flowers from Reeds so I'm not sure if all locations are like this but avoid the Pickering Town Centre location. especially when the coloured hair girl is working. bouquet was 84$ which is expensive for what i received. for my trouble i was offered compensation but after days of not hearing from them, i called back and they offered a 20% of my total in gift cards which wont do me much good since i will not be returning with my business.
