We got all the signatures completed on the documents and he ensured that everything was done exactly as it should be, even carefully checking our signatures against our licenses and administering the needed oath as required by the documentation. We thought everything went well, until the package arrived at its destination when I happened to be there and realized one of the gifts in the box was missing. If I hadn't been there, nobody would've known anything was missing. When I realized it was missing, I called the store and they first were going to file a claim. They then called me back to say they found the missing package and they were sending it to its destination for free. I appreciate them finding the package and resolving the situation.
