We thought everything went well, until the package arrived at its destination when I happened to be there and realized one of the gifts in the box was missing. If I hadn't been there, nobody would've known anything was missing. When I realized it was missing, I called the store and they first were going to file a claim. They then called me back to say they found the missing package and they were sending it to its destination for free. I appreciate them finding the package and resolving the situation.
