We had to figure out how to buy the home from the trust, make sure our niece would get her fair share of the home value, and qualify for the remainder of the loan. She is refusing to change it and the escrow company she selected id overpriced by $2,000 per side of the transaction compared to other companies. When we asked her to change companies she told us to call escrow and arrange it...why will escrow do anything? Integrity Escrow has not responded to our request to explain why they have to many additional/made-up fees. We are closing on our 1st home in less than a month. Anna has made this experience a nightmare. We contacted the department of real estate and they asked for us to talk to her 1st. That will be impossible since she is very unprofessional and does not return calls nor emails.
