They answer the phone right away or, on the minimal occasions I've had to leave a message, they call back almost immediately. They have a huge selection of bounce houses, games and concession equipment which you can view online on their user-friendly website. I have never had a problem getting the items I want on the date that I need them. They call me to schedule a delivery time and they are right on time every time. Their delivery staff is fast and friendly, always setting everything up in the exact spot I want it and never causing damage to my yard. When I rent a new piece of concession equipment they always demonstrate the proper use of it which is great so I do not have to fumble around with directions while I am in the middle of the party. All of their equipment has always been in good working condition. If you need other party services that they do not offer such as face painters, magicians, etc.... they can make suggestions for you as they have several contacts. We most recently used the face painter they recommended who does water proof airbrushing. While she was more expensive than others, she did a fantastic job and the kids loved that they could go in the pool after having their faces painted. The party is always great when you rent from Do The Happy Bounce!

We were greeted by Chris Kneifer who was extremely helpful and not at all pushy. We saw a couch that seemed to yell "buy me" so we looked and asked questions. Christ took his time answering our question even gave me the option of changing my mind when I saw a couch that "stood out" and screamed "take me home". The couch is PERFECT, as is The Furniture Warehouse and last but not least, our sales rep, Chris Kneifer. THIS WAS A TOTALLY AWESOME EXPERIENCE and I'd recommend this furniture shop and Chris anytime. Oh, and the best part???? The price. You just can't beat them.

i used clean machine several years ago when they were located on Rt 41 in Venice, Florida. at this…read moretime i dealt w/ the owner, peter, who was knowledgeable and friendly. i recall the price for service and parts were reasonable. note the reviews posted on yelp for clean machine are from 2019, 2020, & 2021. the business has moved to Corporation Way in Venice, Florida. in february 2024 i took my 1 year old powerwasher in for service. the machine sat for several months and the carbuerator needed cleaning. peter was not in the shop so i dealt w/ a young worker who has zero people skills. i was charged over $100 for the carbuerator to be cleaned. hourly wage $85 per hour. YIKES!!! it didn't take an hour to clean the carbuerator. i would suggest shopping around. peter isn't in the office very often because of serious personal issues so you have to deal w/ this young kid. i would give clean machine future business but i won't deal w/ this kid. i will only deal direct w/ peter or another technician. peter i wish you the best and hope you are back in the shop asap.

The reason they are unprofessional and unethical is they sat on the bond paperwork for almost 18 hours before texting to say they didn't want to because, (are you ready for this??) I called too often trying to get the paperwork emailed to me and it took me too long to return the filled in paperwork (It took me 1 1/2 hours to return the paperwork because I had to leave my house after waiting for 5 hours.)
