I called Brian on a Saturday on a holiday weekend, and he was at my house on Monday. I had an infestation of wasps all over the exterior of my home, and on the main level of the inside. We had probably killed over 200 in the kitchen and laundry home in a weeks time before calling him. He not only came quicker than any other pest control company would, he did so by traveling over a half an hour out of his normal range for service calls. After spraying the entire exterior of our home, investigating and spraying inside the home, and going over some things for me to look for; he told me that he was happy to come out and told me a lower price than he originally quoted me for the yearly service. EXCELLENT communication. After explaining my situation, Brian said he would be able to come to my home around 11am. The next morning, he text messaged me confirming appointment and time.
