Owner had to postpone promised work date, but luckily I was available for him to work here the following day. The work consisted of hanging drywall, mudding and sanding drywall. They also hung underlayment to a 300 sq ft ceiling. They did some exterior window trim and some siding which looks good too.

Had an estimate last summer then due to surgeries had to postpone work. Had them back out…read moreyesterday, January 7, 2026 for the same work except in the first estimate was getting a bathtub in the shower but this time we took the bathtub off but added a 3 x 8 area in the hallway, fixing the subfloor and the price went up over $2000! no explanation other than the gentlemans wife calling me and saying that the subfloor was rotten around the toilet, which btw, was the same case during the first estimate. When I tried to talk about that and explain it, I got talked over by the gentleman's wife and told that I was not listening and to have a good day and she hung up on me. Very unprofessional and rude!
