I have always found the staff very helpful here. They have a good range of products but, as the…read moreshop is quite small, you will often need their help, so it is good that they are accommodating! They regularly have "20% off" days here, which applys to everything that is not medical care, i.e. prescriptions, as far as I know. My mum gets Vichy creams here, they keep a card for her as a log of the number of creams she buys and she gets a discount off her next buy when she has purchased x amount. This does not apply to the creams bought at the 20% discount days, but you can't have everything!! In particular, Sharon, who works the counter with the creams and makeup has been one of the nicest and accommodating sales assistants I have come across. She is friendly and, with my problem skin, she has given me many samples and advice on what I can do to improve my skin, thanks to her, I went from not being able to use any moisturiser or cleanser without a major skin reaction, to being able to try lots of different samples for my skin.
