I told the waitress who speaks English that I was super tired , could not drink and would like to try more dishes. She suggested their Cana but on the lighter side. She also recommended cutting my portion into 1/4 or half size so that I could try more dishes. Her attentive service merited 10 stars. In addition to the chorizo croquettes, my other dishes were cuttlefish risotto and callos, both turned out to be exceeding my expectation! And the 1/2 portion were actually quite huge!!! He got us extra chairs, and even informed all the nearby servers that we would be switching tables once some other people left, as that table had a better view of the game. Between the experience we had at Jarritus and the incredibly close game, our night here is certainly one of the most memorable we had in Madrid. We loved the casual atmosphere and the elevated flavors of the tapas. The wine was perfect and we chose just the right amount of dishes that complimented one another.
