I was staying at the Taroba Hotel and there was not much around there. Unless you are staying in the downtown area of Foz do Iguacu, the city itself is relatively empty. Therefore, this restaurant near my hotel came in handy. It is not a fancy restaurant but is clean and serves good, local food.
There is a bakery area where you can see all the baked goods on display. But you can also order off their menu. They offer plates of meat with rice and beans, and hot and cold sandwiches. The portion size was big and the food tasted fresh. It's a good option for breakfast, lunch or dinner. read more
