The support staff was helpful and courteous. Dr. Preston was easy to talk with and she provided good advice.

Go elsewhere - difficult to process required forms online. 5 min late to scheduled appt due to this issue. Would not complete appt. due to being 4 minutes late. Draconian policies for people with medical necessity! Go elsewhere!!! read more

This "Doctor" kept low balling the allotments so I constantly run out of RSO and can't use it everyday. Whenever I ask to raise it they ask me to look at a large table of numbers and to figure it out for them. I haven't slept in days bc of this and couldn't understand how to do it. They kicked me out of the office with no help. Every 60 days I go through severe withdrawals because of this. They turned me away and were very malicious. I have to have my life ruined bc they won't update it and I have to wait 2 weeks. Usually when this happens I use edibles or tinctures but they closed those categories too against my wishes. All the time I go to the dispensary and get turned down. Right now all my symptoms have come back plus withdrawals. They abandoned me and told me to leave , they're not helping me. I have been bedridden bc of this. I started RSO bc of my neck back and leg injuries plus insomnia. They are cruel and im being tortured by this. I had to quit work and I can't live my life now. The only people that will talk to you is the Indian call service they use to deal w customers. I was double charged for a few months and it's the least of my problems now. They are very expensive. They are not compassionate. This is LITERAL maleficence. The harm that has been caused plus how nasty they are in person. As soon as they figured out the problem they wanted to argue line by line everything I said. Finally THEY said lets talk outside and when I walked out they immediately closed the door to lock me out. I wasn't yelling or cursing or any other toxic behavior. They did this infront of other patients. No privacy or dignity whatsoever. They just wanted me gone since I couldn't get the Number Game right. It's been this way the whole 1yr and 9 months I have been with them. This lady is stingy with the routing and all the workers at all the dispensaries say the same thing about her. This has turned into a nightmare and I have no freedom of speech with them, and they stonewall me every time. I don't buy a lot of RSO. I only take 1 rice grain sized portion 3 times a day. I have never been able to take it everyday. This is Immoral and I'm pretty sure illegal. Whatever you do, DO NOT USE DOCMJ. I have to stay in bed with my injured back and neck plus my left leg is in terrible condition. I don't sleep anymore. I have heated sweats and headaches, can't eat or do very much at all. Before this I was going to the gym and working...things were actually looking up. Sleep WAS good. All while on the miracle drug RSO. Now that I can't get it my life is ruined. Ive emailed, called and left multiple messages, left comments on their website. The recorded convos I have with the Indians I always request that the recording be sent to someone within the company. I have never received a call from them yet. Because of these women up there a lot of harm has come my way. Last night I wanted to go to the emergency room. But they probably don't have RSO. I don't want pills. I need RSO. I've made it so clear to them, yet they continue to play this shell game me. Right now my life is ruined and my quality of life is gone. This amount of stress plus the retribution they give me for asking or bring up concerns is way out of line, unnecessary immoral. This has been a hellish nightmare. read more

Dr Louis was awesome one of the best doctors I've met. Very knowledgeable and down to earth would recommend everyone go see him cool dude

Hands down, Dr.Frosch is the man!!! He explained to me about marijuana in laymen's terms and as a fellow veteran he was able to fully comprehend my symptoms and concerns. Dope visit! (No pun intended). read more

To answer and address any and all questions about medicinal marijuana... THIS is the place to go in town. I originally made an appointment elsewhere because I was able to get an appointment sooner, which was a mistake (the person working there basically laughed in my face and turned me away because I didn't bring the right paperwork when I showed up for the appointment). My experience at DocMJ was the polar opposite, a total delight. Though the earliest I was able to book my appointment was a couple weeks out, it was more than worth the wait. Admittedly, I was a little nervous, but from the moment I stepped into their office, I was comforted by friendly staff at the front. Dr. Frosch was warm and welcoming, as well as very straightforward and incredibly knowledgeable. He struck me as the type of person whose primary goal is to help others. The appointment started off with him discussing his background and expertise, then discussing his recommendations based on the information I submitted in my application. It was a relief that the appointment was conversational and low pressure, rather than feeling like an interview you might fail. If anyone with anxiety knows... going to an appointment intended to address your anxiety is- in itself- anxiety inducing. Fortunately, Dr. Frosch's bedside manner and down-to-earthness makes him the perfect doctor for anyone with anxiety (or without anxiety) to work with. You feel like you are in a safe space where any and all of your questions will be answered. The price is worth it, and DocMJ has the most reasonable pricing in town. They do not require you to make more appointments than are legally necessary to try and profit from appointment fees. However, you can always make more appointments to continue working on your issues if needed. If you've been undecided on whether and where to go, this is your sign. Thank you Dr. Frosch! read more

I am a caregiver for my son. He has his medical marijuana card and recently made an appointment with Doc MJ to add smokable marijuana to his prescription. We paid the $25 fee up front as required. We kept the appointment with Dr. Fee and her immediate assessment was "no smokable marijuana prescription" could be provided because my son is an admitted tobacco user. I checked their website and found that nowhere does it say that if you smoke cigarettes you will not be given a smokable marijuana prescription. If it had been stated on their website, we would not have driven four hours roundtrip and paid the $25. fee for a decision that was made before we walked through the door. I find this disingenuous at best and possible fraud if they take your money without warning you that you will be automatically refused the prescription based on tobacco use. read more

Called to set up a follow up appointment. The woman I spoke to booked me for a 5:45 appointment a few weeks out, when i showed up for the scheduled appointment the office was closed. Every confirmation email I received said 5:45, I even logged into DocMJ's website to verify and sure enough it said 5:45. I called their number but they were also closed. They charged me a $50 no show fee for it. Honestly unbelievable. They cancelled my payment plan as well. Wasted my sick time to go to this appointment and they weren't even there then charged me extra! read more

This was my very first Venture into a medical marijuana dispensary and I've got to say it's been very pleasant and fun so far. The employees are very fun to interact with and knowledgeable about all the products that they have to offer there. And you can believe me when I say that getting your card and going through trulieve is worthwhile because I drive an hour each Direction to visit the dispensary in Tallahassee. And I feel like even if it wasn't the closest dispensary I would probably still go to that one based on the great service that I've gotten there so far. read more

Everyone at DOCMJ was a pleasure to work with. Dr. Fee was well informed of the process and the types of products available. She was truly committed to helping me get started. read more

I see a couple of negative reviews of Dr Fee. A medical doctor's purpose is to give us what we need and not what we want. When I go to a provider I try to give them my un-interrupted time and expect them to do the same. Dr Fee has a somewhat cold personality, but she is not there to be my friend, but to help me improve my life. read more

The place was extremely clean. The front desk receptionist was kind and courteous in every way. I was having a perfectly fine visit until I got back and met with Dr. Cheryl Fee. She was fairly cold in her initial conversation and when my phone rang twice(no ringer, just vibrating) and I wasn't willing to turn it off(I can't because of work) she became rude. Telling me she has a lot of material to get through, when really she's just reading the material that they already handed me to read before I got to the exam room. I won't be going to that location again and hope my next experience at the other location in my city is better. read more

While the staff was cordial and friendly, Dr. Cheryl Fee was impatient, rude, unwelcoming, and showed obvious agitation every time I asked a question. Dr. Cheryl Fee rushed through the appointment as if she had better things to be doing, although the office was otherwise empty. I would not recommend her in any capacity. read more

Just left my third follow up with DocMj's Cheryl Fee and I am completely livid! She denied me for the smokeable route, even though I have tried all other routes and have seen minimal results. The only reason given was because I smoke cigarettes. She stated that she had done research and the carcinogens in Cannabis combined with the carcinogens in cigarettes would not be an acceptable risk to my health. That I would first need to quit smoking cigarettes for 60 days and then come back and reapply for the smoking recommendation. I did everything I could to appeal to her that I understood the risk and that I felt that it was acceptable to potentially benefit from the whole flower. She would not budge, she let me know that she was done with me and asked me to leave the office. Her demeanor and attitude the whole 10 mins was very cold and abrasive with a complete disregard for any bedside manor. I would never recommend that anyone considering booking appointments with this location or doctor. read more
