If they don't have something they're always helpful by either trying to get the part in or share ways to find the part. Their prices beat most online prices!! I spend hours researching and obsessing over the smallest part, trying to make sure I get the best deal and the best part. I then head over to these guys and get the same deal or be I can support a local shop and still get a great deal. I have lots of friends who ride off road/motocross and I often hear horror stories from their experiences with other shops. I have nothing bad to say about Northwest European Cycles. The OTD price originally quoted was just to get me in the door. I understand dealers need to make a profit but these markups are insane and trying to negotiate resulted in a pitiful discount. I was actually shocked the salesperson gave me the quote with a straight face. Better off driving further and purchasing somewhere else like I did.

As someone who works in sales, I know how important first impressions and customer engagement are. When I walked in, I was greeted with a quick "Welcome in" by a woman on the sales floor, but that was the extent of the interaction. I spent nearly 10 minutes looking at bikes, clearly interested and taking my time to check out the inventory. During that entire time, no one approached me, asked if I had any questions, or offered any assistance. I finally had to speak up myself before I was asked if I needed help. I came in ready to spend thousands of dollars, yet I felt invisible. I don't know why I was overlooked, and I can't say for certain whether my race played a role. However, as a person of color, it's difficult not to question whether I would have been treated differently if I looked like someone else. I'm not asking for special treatment--just the same level of customer service every customer deserves. A dealership should make every potential buyer feel welcomed, valued, and appreciated, regardless of who they are. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and ensures that every customer receives the attention and respect they deserve. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I can't recommend Tacoma Motorsports.

So within a week my speedometer stopped working. I Googled how to troubleshoot the issue and found…read moreit fairly easy so I gave it a shot. Immediately I learned the front axle 4 Allen bolts were loose to the touch... Well maybe 1 was snug. Also the axle bolt/nut was barely torqued, I guess maybe 15 pounds as I could have sneezed while holding the socket wrench and broke it loose. I removed the wheel and speedometer assemble that the axle bolt also goes through and sure enough the washer ears were bent back due to not aligning it correctly when putting the wheel back on. I straightened the tabs and reassembled per the video and it has been working great ever since. The torque setting was supposed to be 65 on the Axle nut and 15 on the Allen bolts. On my first review I wanted to give a second chance to this place. Now I have no reason to. I will never take my bike back. If I hadn't checked the 4 axle Allen bolts and Axle Nut who knows what could have happened. Maybe nothing bad but also maybe something serious.
