Recently needed to go to a GP in Dublin (My regular GP is in Meath) so did a bit of research online…read moreand ended up choosing the Manor St Family Practice. They gave me an appointment within that day even though I wasn't a patient in the practice. I was waiting quite a while after I arrived, but I feel like that is often the case with most doctors! The doctor I saw was really nice & friendly, she made me feel totally relaxed. Hopefully I won't have to, but I would certainly go back to her if I were sick again!

I would have nodded off in the chair except he kept asking me if I was okay which kept waking me up.

He gave me his personal mobile number in case I had problems. My lower jaw was quite inflamed and infected before I went to see him on Singh Street. I was referred to him by my normal family dentist as he was apparently a Dental Surgeon. You can just imagine what that conjured up in my mind. I can't say I was looking forward to it. Dr John Dermody is a gentle giant and was very caring towards me and did a great job. He brought me back on three occasions to check his work and ensure I was alright. Many thanks Jeremy Russell

I had contacted the clinic many times and the doctor never bothered to get in touch with me. It was the secretary all the time ... whom I have to say was polite . I have never suffered so much upset and anguish as I have in the last month or so . Do not get filler here especially under the eye... My eyes look disfigured after all the money I paid out. I don't want anyone to go through what I'm going through. Good that the lady that got the neck treatment is happy because there's no come back if anything goes wrong. Stick with dermatologists and accredited plastic surgeons. I know that's what I'll be doing in future.

Terrible service provided by this doctor's surgery. From rude receptionist, a nurse who clearly…read morehates her job, to doctors who don't even know your medical history. Today was the last straw. Being charged €50 for a repeat prescription is disgraceful. Just ringing and even asking for a repeat prescription, I felt it was too much hassle for them. 3 times I have had to say what exactly I needed. Useless is not the word, dont waste your time with these find a better doctor who cares about your health and not just your money.
