They agreed. Was not done on time schedule agreed upon, fenders and hood were misaligned a rookie mistake. Paint began peeling on valance 6 months later. Third party mechanical repair which Kavia chose, attempted to overcharge on bill. After agreeing to fixed cost prior to work being done, then Kavia attempted to charge for nearly double the cost for a standard procedure. After complaining the second charge was removed. Not covered by s g.i., insurers are corrupt. Vehicle wasn't cleaned inside or outside. Would not recommend this shop to repair anything with wheels. Thank you.
