I also explained that I only had about two hundred dollars in the bank to live on for the rest of this month.. I told them that I needed it just looked at and they should just give me an estimate of how much these things would cost to fix. They came up with some ridiculous amount and stated that they still actually don't know what is wrong.. So in other words, They ran the tests they came up with nothing conclusive, but they are giving me these ridiculous amounts to repair. They don't even know is wrong. They charged me a $124 Just to look at it They did not tell me they were going to charge me that much just to look at it, told me that they basically still don't know what's wrong with it. And came up with all these ridiculous beyond reasonable to repair cost. And he didn't tell me it was gonna cost $124 just to look at it If I would have known that I wouldn't have done it I wouldn't have even let them look.. I'm angry and these beautiful reviews. You see. No, they're either friends or their employees.nThey're not real.. Because this was a horrible and disgusting experience. I got there at 9 o'clock in the morning.I didn't get out of there until twelve o'clock in the afternoon And like I said he didn't tell me that it was gonna cost me $124. just for them to look at it.. And like I said, I explained I'm on disability.I explained I didn't have that much money in the bank.. I feel like I'm ripped off.And i'm very angry because they still really didn't give me any real answers as to what the problems are with my minivan.. $124 To do nothing and not fix anything.. I had also received a voicemail from Nelson, saying he would personally give me $100 just for stopping in. I immediately mentioned this upon arrival and was told Nelson would be out to take care of it soon. We sat down with a salesman who was very friendly and helpful, but was ultimately unable to get me a truck. Not only did Nelson deny ever calling and leaving that voicemail even though I played it for him, telling me "I didn't say no shit like that" (later my wife called the number back and it was apparently his prize hotline), he also tried to get me to default on my current loan and let the lender come pick up the vehicle, just to sell me a truck. Thankfully someone at Wells Fargo figured it out and said no deal. Awful way to treat someone who has already purchased one vehicle there, I'll never be back and I would recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to take your business somewhere else. Update: they have since sent me a check for the $100, which shows that there are some there who want to do right by their customers and even honor a promise someone else made. I really appreciate this and I would definitely consider returning here in the future.

Prior to my appointment…read moreyesterday, I spent approximately 30 minutes on the phone with a customer service representative, explaining my financial situation and the challenges I face with my current vehicle. I provided detailed information about my circumstances, including my disability status and limited budget, which I emphasized was capped at $1,500 to $2,000. I also disclosed that my credit score is not ideal. Upon arrival, I was dismayed to find that the sales team made no effort to assist me in finding a suitable vehicle or negotiating a deal. It became apparent that their primary interest was in selling expensive cars to customers with substantial financial resources. Furthermore, I was shocked to discover that the vehicle they presented had a price tag of over $4,000, despite having more than 200,000 miles and being an older model. This was not only beyond my stated budget but also seemed excessive for a used vehicle in its condition. I believe it would have been more prudent for the dealership to consider selling the vehicle at a lower price to incentivize a sale and make room for newer inventory. Instead, I felt that the sales team presented a façade of helpfulness, which I reciprocated in order to avoid confrontation and further embarrassment. It is clear that this dealership prioritizes profits over customer satisfaction and does not genuinely care about understanding or addressing the needs of potential customers. As a result, I would strongly advise others to explore alternative options for purchasing a vehicle and avoid doing business with this dealership. I am left feeling humiliated, embarrassed, and angry, and I regret wasting my time on this experience. Apologies are not really acceptable, because they do not productively fix the situation or heal the embrassment.
