Billy the owner was rude to my wife on the phone multiple times while she asked for status updates. Once the fence was completed he did not do a final walk through and left the post holes unfilled. To top it off, the fence was built a month ago and with thirty mile an hour winds the fence blew over and our dogs ran out of our yard! I would never suggest him not even to my worst enemy. Avoid Billy and capital city femcing!!
