First one had a manufacturer defect and then when we complained about the poor quality and lack of comfort of the mattress, the store owners (Matt and Sheila Hershey) they promised that the one we would get it's going to be a good one. Four-five months later I find myself in the impossibility to sleep on the mattress ("upgrade" from the first one we got) but the mattress has lumps and sags and it does not provide any kind of sleep comfort or anything that the seller advertised. We were told by the owners that the we have to contact the manufacturer. The manufacturer denied that the mattress is not good and here I am, kicked back and forth with the owner and the manufacturer many, many times. This place is the worst you can go get a mattress, if u could I would have give zero stars. Rip off people, false advertisement, pretend they sell high quality products instead you get very cheap and uncomfortable, poor made and not worthy mattress. I do not recommend, avoid this place.

Bob's contacted us and offered an earlier delivery date, which we gladly accepted. My husband specifically selected June 16. On June 15, we received both text messages and emails confirming delivery for June 16 between 9:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. Based on those confirmations, we rearranged our schedule and made sure someone would be home. Then, on the morning of June 16, an hour before delievery, I received a phone call informing me that the recliner was not even on the truck and could not be delivered. How does a company move a delivery date up, send multiple confirmations, and then cancel the delivery the morning of because the item isn't on the truck? This is a complete failure in communication and customer service. What makes this even more frustrating is that this is not the first issue we have experienced with Bob's Furniture. At this point, I have completely lost confidence in their delivery process and customer service.

(This is the polite version of how I really feel.) Jesse and his team at Dreamland take everything I hate about mattress shopping out of the equation. Jesse is one of the best salespeople I know. He gives zero pressure, zero hype, and zero BS. He is only there to HELP his customers solve their sleep problems with his vast knowledge and products. Then, on top of that, his products are of high quality and his prices are very fair. No predatory pricing at Dreamland. Bottom line: Jesse takes all the pain out of mattress shopping. There's a reason I drove in from Ohio the first time I purchased from him, and now this time we live even further away but took advantage of a trip to PA to buy adjustable bases and two lift recliners.
