We were recommended Dr. Akif Demirel and Dr. Filiz Demirel although very far from our houses. Since the first appointment, we felt very comfortable and saw how much experienced they are! After that, we needed to return several times including a couple in odd hours (very late at night or early mornings) when our dog was not even walking and had to spent overnight in the clinic. He received excellent care and we were comforted by their detailed explanations and went home with our dog if not all cured, stabilized, lively and with proper treatment on way. Eventually, we even left the clinic with the medications to be administrated. We highly recommend Istanbul Veteriner Kliniği as a place that can take care of your dogs as if they were part of their family. Specially for foreigners, that, like us, are still struggling with Turkish language, they have an amazing and reliable team for your pet!
