In fact, my Berndoodle seems to know when Fridays roll around and she goes to the garage door in anticipation of getting into the car to go see Chris and Kim. She always comes out of the shop looking great and show knows it.....walks with her head held high as if to say look at me! They don't check for vaccinations at all. My dogs are fully vaxed and up to date. I didn't know that if your dogs are Bordetella (cough) vaxed they can still catch it if it's freshly in the area or implements aren't sanitary, dirty water, crates are shared. Long story short one of my 4 dogs got it instantly. When I picked him up he was coughing. I thought they got water in his nose or something.Then from there each day the next got it. 4 dogs, heavy treatment, medications, and several appointments later .... I reached out to the owner and felt their negligence in the matter and ZERO CARES (never asked if they were ok, once) should have offered to help pay for some of the vet bills. She refunded my service amount of $190 .... The vet bills were $1600.00. I was so heart broken in the matter. Angry. I almost took them to small claims court and 100% would have won. So others know the Vet said this was preventable and definitely due to not checking shot records. They also shared that same week several others came in with the same issue after using this establishment. I still believe they should have helped even if it was a kind conversation and here's an extra $200 to help we are so sorry would have been something. The no cares, taking no responsibility and how it was handled is why I am leaving this review. I almost lost my Yorkie over this. SHAME ON YOU.... Tired or not these are people's furr babies.

We have been coming here to have my German Shepherd's nails trimmed for over one year now. My dog…read moreis pretty difficult to work with. For some weird reason, she is very inconsistent with getting her nails trimmed. Sometimes she is very willing, and sometimes she fights every step of the way. Sometimes we are not able to keep a consistent schedule and even missing one or two nail trims can set my dog back in progress as far as her getting comfortable with regular trims. I am so appreciate appreciative of everyone here who has done nail trims for her because they are so patient with her and so willing to continue this battle with us. Because my dog's nails are black I am very uncomfortable with trying to cut them and grind them down myself. Their hours are very accommodating and location is convenient for us. Shop is always nice and neat and smells great. They even have an assortment of treats to buy your pup. From what I could see for all of the bathing services there, they have a variety of products for you to use for the self service bath. They have all of the grooming supplies you could need to give your dog a groom. Overall the facility and employees are absolutely great.

The staff said it would take more time to get the appointment completed because they wanted to take their time so my buddy wouldn't feel terrified in a new place. She never barked, was happy to go with the groomer (dogs read people very well), and she was calm and happy when I picked her up. They get my 5 stars (which I don't give out easily) and I'm just in from out of town. To the lady who freaked out about hair on the floor: What's more important: taking more pooches for grooming, or vacuuming the floor after every dog? Frankly I'd rather have them not have to hire more staff and charge more. While I would worry about the staff slipping on the floor, I'd ask you to remember it's CLEAN HAIR. The dogs have all been bathed before they go to the station for a cut and blow dry. This is not a fancy ladies day-spa-type salon. Get over yourself! Woof Gang was recommended by a neighbor and turned out to be a great experience for both of them. They were groomed exactly as requested! The Australian silky terrier was beautifully groomed and the maltese mix was shaved (partly so that he could see!) and he looked awesome! The staff was very welcoming. We scheduled the appointment online, arrived on time, they said it would be two hours to groom them and it was almost exactly two hours. They are great at sending a text to let you know when to pick up. Very nice place, clean, lots of retail items for dogs (food, treats, leashes, etc.). We have already booked our next appointments!

She seemed frustrated when I asked her to get closer to my pup's face since his hair gets in his eyes. She's always in my neighborhood including the day I reached out to schedule another appointment, to which she never responded so it was time to move on. Admittedly I wasn't keen on taking my pup to PetSmart but am pleased to say we've taken him there now multiple times, from nail grinds and sanitary cuts to a full groom. Jenny does a fantastic job, and Daria is good as well. Both remember our pup and are polite and professional. We'll continue to go there as long as we continue to have a positive experience!
