We went by there unannounced to check it out, and we were given a tour on the spot, and their process was completely explained to us, and they answered every question we asked without any hesitation. This impressed us. We first took our older pups for a daycare play day, and they loved it. It went very well. We then boarded all 3 of our pups for a weekend, and all went great. We have met many of the people that work there, and they are all so nice and pleasant. You can tell they really care about the pets they care for. Our pups have all been back for daycare since, and will go back more in the future. They get so excited when we take them. We completely trust them with our fur babies, and know that our babies are receiving great care. I highly recommend them.

I got a picture of my dog when I emailed them to show me and to see how she was doing ( I gave my phone # in the email so they could text me). I understand they are busy so YOU will have to email or even call to ask and have them send a pic or see how they are doing. My dog seemed to like it there and was tired both time while sleeping on the way home. The staff are really nice and answers your questions but you do have to get the canine influenza shot now so ask your Vet if they have that specific shot since my Vet didn't so had to take my dog to another Vet for that shot . I walked in at 5:11 this evening hoping to wash my dog. The employee made eye contact with me immediately from the back room. I stood at the counter waiting for 5 minutes. This wasn't a problem for me until the employee told me that I was too late for a wash. That they stop taking self wash customers at 5:15. It was 5:16 by their clock on the wall. The employee stood in the back until it was after time and turned me away. I was very unsatisfied and very surprised by the poor 'customer service'. There are multiple self serve dog wash businesses in the area. I will start using one of the businesses that I typically pass on the way to SDW.

I called The Sit Show at the last minute and at first she wasn't able to accommodate me because she already had things going on but someone canceled and she was able to take the dog for us for three nights and she just treated Vivi like she was her dog! The dogs just get treated like they're at their house in their home and she was very happy and this is the first time she's ever been able to be kept with other small dogs. So we were extremely impressed and we were happy to give her a good tip also.
