She was a rescue from a bad situation so I really worried to how she would do with all new surroundings but we had no choice at this time so I called and looked all over northern Alberta and finally settled on this one. The people there are absolutely fantastic and did all they could to make her feel safe and comfortable. They provide lots of appropriate play time with similar dogs and one on one time too. They were easy to communicate with and text me pictures, videos and updates regularly that really put my heart at ease. Our little lady came home happy and very tired from all her fun. We will use again anytime we pass through Whitecourt and will recommend to all of our friends and family. This was all greatly appreciated from a very nervous dog owner when it comes to being out of reach. Give them a try for all of you dog boarding and grooming needs!!

While driving there from Fort Saint John, we noticed an issue with the dog and called while driving and they were very nice and scheduled us for an appointment as soon as we arrived. The entire staff was great, very nice and friendly. Both Vets were professional and compassionate. The issue with the dog was not a big deal and we were in and out in an hour. Fair prices and quick service. I also left a very important document case and they called me as soon as they found it. 5 stars!
