They did not keep her in a kennel but in their home with loving, tender care. They were wonderful organizing her trip to the US from Paris, taking care of getting a regulation size kennel and necessary paper work for the long trip home on Air France. My daughter was very grateful for the to pick up her lab happy and healthy. They really run a first class operation.

To anyone relocating to, from, or through Paris, France, with pets, do NOT use Goldenway…read moreInternational Pets transportation company.  In my recent move from Paris, I used Goldenway, a choice that I regret more than I can say.  This company failed in its basic responsibility of understanding the current import rules and regulations of my destination country.  As a result, all travel arrangements for my two cats had to be canceled at the last minute, which resulted in my family having to leave our pets behind, a problem that could not be resolved for two months.  During these two months, I found Goldenway to be extremely poor in its communications and lacking in any efforts to reunite our family with our animals. Even in the final week before transport,  Goldenway did not communicate in a timely manner, nor did it inform us of the flight details or that the cats would NOT in fact be arriving on the day scheduled but two days later (resulting in very high overtime/weekend fees by the receiving country).  All these delays kept us apart from our animals for two months filled with frustration and stress and ultimately had us out-of-pocket thousands of dollars.  I urge anyone needing to ship pets to/from Paris to avoid using Goldenway.  Instead, I encourage you to contact Jossy at Air International Transanimal.  Though her website may not be as fancy, she is clearly very personally interested in the timely, efficient transportation of pets without exorbitant administration fees.
