Not only do the team collect her from school their method and structure for child development is outstanding. Mr Thomas, Ms Katana and the rest of team go to great lengths to inspire, motivate and nurture each and every child. I was worried about the full contact aspects of Karate (as my child also needs to use her fingers for music) but have come to see it is more about the forms and discipline required for the practice of Karate. Highly recommended.

It has given him a world of confidence and has enforced the discipline, self control and respect that his dad and I work to instill in him at home. Mr. Tomas and Ms. Andrews are amazing instructors and seem to have an endless supply of patience with their students. They are firm and encouraging and always have complete control of their classes. The after school program we were previously using decided to no longer offer this service, leaving us rushing around to make other arrangements within a few weeks before school starting. We signed up for The Dojo's after school program and have never regretted the decision. They incorporate a karate class within their program (along with homework and other play time). My six year old daughter wasn't too keen on the idea of taking karate even though she's grown up watching her brother do it. After the first session, she was hooked. She absolutely loves it and it's really cool to see the positive impact it has had on her. The whole family loves everything about The Dojo!

Great workout and Instructor LoPresti is the best!…read more They offer morning and evening classes 5+ days of the week (so no excuses) works for most peoples schedules. I have lost inches and now feel more toned muscles, I'm working up to seeing them. Kickboxing is high paced, however you get a great workout and determine your own threshold. I know my endurance, stamina and cardio capacity have improved compared to my first few weeks there. I continue to feel better and better about myself as I attend more classes. (I do not like to exercise, sweat or be made to feel uncomfortable but this is the only type of workout, exercise or training I have been successful at attending for more than 3 months at a time. Usually give up after 2-3 months) I invited my coworkers to kickboxing one evening for a team building exercise session and we had a great time. Some of them signed up so now we are kickboxing together. I have met many great people and built some cherished friendships at kickboxing. Who knew working out could be rewarding in so many ways? (They offer zumba too and I tried it, its fun too) I'm a fan of kickboxing here and I highly recommend it!

As a parent, you always hope you are putting your child in an environment that will help them grow not just physically, but mentally and emotionally as well -- and Elevate has exceeded every expectation. All of the instructors are truly awesome. They are patient, motivating, and incredibly intentional with each student. You can tell they genuinely care about the kids and take pride in helping them improve. The balance of discipline, structure, encouragement, and fun is something special. My son has learned so much already -- not just techniques and skills, but confidence, focus, respect, and perseverance. I've seen growth in him that carries over into everyday life, and that means everything to me as a mom. The facility is organized, the classes are well run, and the communication with parents is clear and consistent. It truly feels like more than just a martial arts school -- it feels like a community. We are so grateful we found Elevate. If you are considering martial arts for your child, this is the place. Five stars all the way.

It was actually too small for the about 20 kids that attended. she had the kids all running around chasing each other and hitting each other with objects. The first few minutes of the party, my son was ran over by a larger child and fell down and broke his collarbone. The instructor stated she was making a report about the incident with the managers and owners. We called to leave several messages to the managers and owners and left voicemails. I wanted to feedback that I thought the space was too small and not adequate for the amount of kids invited and allowed. no one from the any of our calls. The birthday party was a horrible experience and I absolutely would not recommend the facility The instructor even asked me and my husband what happened and how my son broke his collarbone. This was very awkward to us, considering that parents do not come inside the room with the instructor, and she obviously knew he fell and got hurt in the room with her. How would we know what happened to him when it was her that was leading the party for the kids
