The flavors are innovative without being weird and the texture is perfect. You can even tour the lab next door where they make the flavors, though it was closed when we went that night. I had the croccante amarena, which had swirls and tasty sour cherries throughout. I also tried the 500x - an intense chocolate that appears to be tinted with charcoal - and pistachio. I loved those, though not as much as the one I had. I'll be dreaming about this place!

I ordered the hazelnut and vanilla with whipped cream and candied hazelnuts on up. The brioche was so soft. The gelato was creamy and not overly sweet. Their delizie al limone, or lemon delight, was absolute AMAZING. If you like citrus... this is for you. The cake was soft like a little cloud. It's topped with a lemon vanilla cream. The waiter finished things out with a shot of frosty lemoncello (we passed on desert as we are abiding to our two gelatos per day rule).
