Food Lion needs to trust their managers. When I went to this Food Lion today to purchase the items…read morethat they advertised as being on sale I could not get several items because the network in the store was down and I could not upload the coupons. I spoke to the Manager and was informed that they do not have the ability to override the system to give people the discount advertised. I was told that every time it rains the system goes down and that I could always walk outside to see if I could get enough signal with my phone to download coupons. I decided that they could miss out on the $100 that I had loaded in my cart and left.

Dollar General Is NOT a place you want to work. They don't care about the people that work for them…read moreat all. The store my wife works has a manager that is leaving in 2 weeks and she has to work 7 days in a row so he can take time off come back for a few days and leave. I'm disabled and sometime i need her to work half a day or something and they tell her it's fine no worries. But they lie to your face. They are a sorry company to work for. Stay away.......
