I had also left a complaint about my experience with an older Indian woman at this establishment. She was very rude and appeared to have a racist colonial mindset with how she treated me. However suddenly that entire profile was deleted and now this one remains. However, I will say I would never do business with these people because in my opinion they treat people very poorly and are very rude.

I ended up renting an inside unit in addition to the outside unit without hesitation after that. The location is perfect, especially if you live in the Lake Caroline área, very close. The units are new and the inside and outside storage area is always clean. I highly recommend it.
