They had ALL THE HERBS- I live in a huge city and wish our Walmart was like this. If I ever see basil, mint, or chives at my store it's like I've hit the lottery. We got great steaks, plenty of food for the week, dairy products, and nice fresh produce. Went back the next day for water balloons and water guns... so we kind of saw a little bit of everywhere.

The vegetarian selection isn't great, but this is middle of nowhere Oklahoma haha, so not surprising. The household item selection is pretty vast. I have no doubt you can find household items with ease here. Clothing as well. Parking is pretty good. There are always spots available and the parking lot is easy to navigate. The registers, namely the self-checkout is set up a little odd compared to other stores, but I'm happy it exists at this store. All in all, it's pretty much on par with the rest of the walmarts in the area: smaller selections in some things, virtually no cashiers, you know what I'm saying.

A 24 hr store for groceries, toiletries, entertainment, and random supplies is a Godsend in the…read morewilderness of NW Oklahoma. They may not have everything I want in terms of upscale groceries, clothing, and media, but they do a pretty good job and prices are fair. Also, my previous experiences with Wal-Marts have been in cities, where you get the dirtiest, nastiest, drug addicted, half-naked crazy people who come in and make you want to not shop there. Today was no exception, except I spoke to management today. So I place my order about midnight and it was ready before noon. I order 2 cases of water and some other items. They substituted my water for water that was about 40 cents more, also I canceled some substitution. Anyway I went in and found everything they said they didn't have. This is what upset me. I spoke to management and they said they ran out of the water from midnight to noon. But had 4 pallets that had half or more water on them around noon. I think I am done with Walmart. I know that it doesn't matter if I stop shopping there that they will make their money. But at least consider filing a complaint so things can get fixed. I doubt I am the only one that has problems with this store. So please file a complaint and let's change this Walmart.

They fubbed my order, canceled my first service appointment because they didn't think they had my tires (they did) and then wouldn't install them when I showed up for my second service appointment, having come from 80 miles away, because they said they weren't paid for. I showed them the credit card statement showing their charge, paid in full, from 2 days ago! Still wouldn't do it because they said the order was canceled? Who canceled it? I didn't cancel it. Why was it canceled? Was it really canceled? I'm not trying to scam anybody, I just want to buy some tires. Hey, I'm not going to force these guys to take my business and my money- clearly they don't deserve it. The store manager offered no help. Bottom line- this has been a total waste of my time and the incompetency of the Walmart staff prevents them solving even the smallest problem or providing any sort of accommodating customer service. I learned my lesson and made a mistake that won't be repeated. I went to a local shop and was taken care of with no issue. I should have done that the first time around.
