This may have actually been my favorite place on this precious Earth. I remember eating many a Totally Takeout meal behind the counter with my friend/the manager, finishing off the meal with a delicious dum-dum dessert. The dum dums were always complimentary. Until now, that is. Now I'm stuck making needless money transfers at banks just to get them to send a dum-dum through the weird tube machine, and since I'm not a kid I usually have to ask for one and get a strange look. Campus Cartridge never judged. The dum-dums were simply there for the taking, and in the end, I think it was that attitude that caused this wondrous place to go asunder. People simply took took took, and returned little more than a crayon-colored picture for the wall once in a while.
