This past summer it was at least a couple of times a week. One time I went in to buy milk and just had to turn around and leave because every last bit of it was expired. If you can go anywhere else to buy groceries you should. I can't fathom how it stays open. They have to be hemorrhaging money.

They won't answer their phones at any of their stores, and even when you call the guarantee number on the back of a product that has a "100% guarantee" you are waiting for longer than 30 minutes for a snippy person (Angelica) to answer and provide absolutely ZERO help. She tells me that they are in transition which is why there are long hold times. I asked what transition, and she had no answer. Then when I asked her to hang up so I could access the survey, she cut me off and I never got the survey. If I treated my clients like this, I wouldn't have any. Shame on them! TERRIBLE!
