This Dollar General has some good people working there. The fact that the store manager does hire good people that are willing to work really helps this store overcome many of the bad knocks that Dollar General gets. It is still a Dollar General which is not a business that I like, but these employees do make a difference. If you are going to shop Dollar General in the Clinton, Arkansas area this is the one that will have the best service and most likely the most on the shelves. read more

does what it is ment to do when you need to grab a few things in a hurry or at the last minute, no better or worse than a y other Dollar General store, easy to get in ans out parking a d never busy. read more

This store loves to have employees that DON'T KNOW ANYTHING. You have a problem, they are unable…read moreto help. They are very slow to call for a supervisor that may or may not know anything. They have 2 full service check out registers and usually only 1 is in service. You go the the customer service desk and there are usually 2 or 3 employees, all taking car of the same customer and ignoring the ones standing in line. When you ask a question you get a blank stare showing a major lack of knowledge. When it is at all possible I shop for items at what little competition there still is in town. This Walmart has not earned my business.
