The lady who checked us out was nice but will say didn't quite pack our bags right so we grabbed them and redid them so things wouldn't break or get squished on the ride.

However on this last trip, I stopped by to pickup some chicken breast and parsley. I went by the butcher part of the meat department to get the chicken and to see what was on sale. There are some Really nice ladies that work there. On the way home I kept smelling something not good but I just thought it was outside. Once I got home and began to cook, I unwrapped the most FOUL SMELLING CHICKEN you could ever imagine. How could this be? Kroger is not some rinky-dink store this is a Major Conglomerate! How are they able to sell stinky chicken to consumers? I understand that all stores try to sell food quickly when it's approaching the expiration date but this was awful. I wonder could she smell the chicken as she wrapped it up in that brown butcher paper? Maybe she had a cold and couldn't smell it, or maybe she's just doing her job with no other choice.
