This store takes small town nepotism to an extreme. Staff will only greet you and serve you in a…read moretimely and respectful manner if they personally know you, otherwise do not expect to here a "hello" or even "thank you, have a good day" the cashiers are rude and incompetent. I have personally waited in line for my items to be rang up on multiple occasion while multiple cashiers are no where to be seen, or making small talk. It is such an unpleasant experience shopping there I have chosen to boycott entirely, and shop at the local Dollar General.

The ladies room was filthy, most stalls were unusable for one reason or another. Come on, you can do better, I would not of expected that, at least not that early in the day.

The service at this location remains quite disappointing; I'm uncertain if it's just the area, but the staff are not very friendly. Therefore, I am choosing curbside pickup from now on. What's the issue with the air conditioning? Why does it always feel like a sauna in this location? Is this a common occurrence for the company? In Texas, we often shop for longer periods when the establishment is cooler.

This store's quality seems very hit or miss depending on the time of year. I understand it's located on an island and high traffic can be challenging, but I've been here many times. I wish they would hire more staff to meet the store's needs. I've never had an issue with the service; the service is always excellent, Whenever I walk in, I'm greeted, and I'm always asked if I need help finding anything. It's primarily the appearance of the store that sometimes makes me wonder if the Manager on Duty even cares about the store's presentation. Aside from that, I love the products, and the prices seem very fair. Not sure if this location is going to stay open,I'm aware that many locations of this company are closing. There was this man that literally walked super fast to the customer asking if they needed help? I was walking around with my kid for about 10 minutes.. there was this woman with brown highlights in her hair she even saw me looking around the foundation repeatedly and not once did she come up to me asking me if I wanted help. Is it because the way I looked? dressed? was it because I was with my kid, that they didn't ask me if I needed help? Wow. I guess you have to look a certain way to get help from there. All I wanted was to get the right foundation that was close to my skin color. Those two workers weren't even busy they were just talking and went to the customers that looked more "modern". Do better.

It did take some time but 100% worth it my hair looks healthy, curly,shiny and smells so good this is probably the curliest I've seen it in a long time. We'll definitely go back.

I requested one chicharron and one huavo de la Mexicana tacos to go at $1.79 each. I also picked up some salsa at the help yourself salsa bar. A hot 24oz coffee costed $1.59, cheap. Here are our thoughts. Coffee was really hot and excellent. This was the best coffee we ever had from any gas station stores. The chicharron inside the taco was soft and a little chewy, perfect. The red sauce in the chicharron taco was spicy, the way we like it. An A for this taco. On the other hand the huavo de la Mexicana taco was a dud. The eggs had been sitting in the stream table too long and became hard. No amount of salsa could repair it, a D for this taco. The foods at this particular Stipes were not as good as the other one we had tried. But the service was muy bueno.
