Also, there are playgrounds that are fantastic. They're also available to buy but so nice the kids could experience such a high quality play set while I shopped. The girl at the register has been consistently rude and unfriendly, and even had someone else ring me up instead of helping me herself. Most recently, I came with a friend for the haunted maze. When we asked the host where the line was, she just kept laughing and repeating "it's right there," even though there were multiple lines and it was unclear where to go. The whole interaction felt dismissive and disrespectful. It's really disappointing to see how the atmosphere has changed -- it no longer feels welcoming, especially toward Hispanic customers. I speak perfect English and was born here, but the attitude I experienced made me feel unwelcome. I won't be coming back.
