I like this store just because it's bigger than the rest and I love the community that it is in since it's right next to a college District I probably shouldn't have came here while they were doing inventory just because product is boxes were all over the store being put away by staff. They had everything that I would expect to find from the other Willy establishments. Staff and guests here were very friendly and it was easy to shop around and find my groceries. Now, I've never been here during their breakfast hours but I was shocked to learn that they had vegan empanada to go and the hot food section. Prices here are fair on all products though it does pay if you shop here frequently and you are an owner so you pay better prices. Some of the self checkout lines were out of service. Overall, it is a great place to visit and it boasts plenty of parking so that shouldn't be an issue. Easy access to the streets as well as the highway nearby

Surprisingly, they carry a wide selection of international products. I was delighted to find these viral ice creams at the West Side location (there's also one on the East Side of Madison). These ice creams became popular about 1.5-2 years ago. I first tried lemon in LA late 2024 and then mango in Houston earlier this year, but this is the first time I've seen them in an American grocery store. While they're also available at Global Market (an Asian grocery store on the East Side), Woodman's price is unbeatable--just $9 for a box of three, compared to around $12 plus tax in LA. The outer shell is a crunchy white chocolate coating, while the inside is fruity ice cream flavors like mango, peach, lemon, and apricot (no actual fruits). They also offer unique flavors such as durian, grape, and tangerine. It's great to see Woodman's carrying these, hopefully more people will get to try them!

The local cheese selection did not disappoint. We also learned you must pay for your groceries to go into the liquor store and vice versa. The only solution they gave me was to bring the wolf back along with the receipt and they would give me a credit. First of all, I live in Cross Plains which is about 12 miles from the store. It would cost me more in gas to get there and back then I would get in a refund. Secondly, I put it on a fresh perks card so they have all the information they should need. There is absolutely no reason why they cannot credit my account. I have shopped at that store for years, but I'm done.
