I also prefer shopping in the middle of the day since I have the flexibility, and on this visit it was perfect--pretty empty with quick, easy checkout lines. I especially love having the self-checkout option. On this trip, they had almost everything I needed except for one item, which is pretty typical since Aldi doesn't always carry everything. Overall, a smooth and convenient shopping experience. And of course, I appreciate the more affordable prices.

He advised that they also have a Winm-Dixie liquor store in the same shopping plaza Winn-Dixie has definitely made a comeback in the last few years. They did a remodel and multiple locations, they also closed multiple locations. The best thing they did was put a focus on their meat department and start bringing in more USDA Choice grade beef.. For a while, Winn-Dixie was selling mainly USDA inspected, but not graded beef. You could definitely tell the difference. Now, they are selling beef that you would want to buy. I would definitely recommend this particular Winn-Dixie.

A gas…read morestation near my house was selling them at a pretty outrageous price, but someone on Facebook mentioned a few other places that carried them for much less. I happened to be working out nearby, realized I'd driven past this market countless times, and figured it was the perfect opportunity to stop in. As soon as I walked inside, I spotted a freezer right by the register packed with Asia ice creams I'd never seen before. There were so many unique flavors that it was honestly hard not to grab one of everything. I ended up picking a nice variety, and I can't wait to work my way through them at home. The man behind the counter was incredibly friendly, and we chatted for a few minutes. I asked him which flavor was his favorite, and without hesitation he recommended the mango and the strawberry. Coincidentally, those were the two I was most excited to try as well. I didn't spend much time browsing the rest of the store because I was completely focused on my ice cream haul and getting it home before it melted. From what I did see, though, they seemed to have a great selection of Asian groceries and specialty products. I'll definitely be back to explore the aisles on another visit. It's always fun discovering foods from other cultures and trying something different. Experiences like this are a nice reminder that there's a whole world of flavors beyond the everyday foods most of us are used to.

I had a very disappointing experience at the Walmart on US-1 and Leonard, and I feel completely…read moreignored and disrespected by management after an incident that damaged my car. A few weeks ago, an employee left a cart mule directly behind my vehicle in a blind spot area of the parking lot. I went into the store, came back out, got into my car, checked my mirrors and backup camera like I always do, and I never saw the cart mule behind me. When I backed up, I accidentally hit it because it had been left in a place that was impossible for me to see. I immediately reported the incident to Walmart. Employees took pictures, completed a report, and I fully cooperated. Later, I spoke with management, and even the manager acknowledged that I had walked to my car without ever noticing the cart mule. The manager became very quiet during the conversation because it was obvious this equipment should never have been left directly behind parked vehicles where customers are backing out. Despite all of this, Walmart denied responsibility and refused to pay for the damage to my car, claiming it was my fault simply because I "passed by it." That makes absolutely no sense when the equipment was left in a blind spot by their employee in the first place. This situation could have been avoided entirely if employees followed basic parking lot safety procedures. Instead of taking responsibility, Walmart chose to blame the customer. Very disappointed with the way this store handled the situation and the lack of accountability from management. Customers should be aware of how careless this location is with safety in the parking lot and how poorly they handle legitimate claims afterward.
