We were very impressed not only by how respectful & polite he was but also because the store was so clean! The floors were spotless, the air smelled like the store had been scrubbed, the bathrooms were perfect, the shelves were perfectly stocked and organized. As we were leaving, we looked back and saw Bren with a cleaning rag in his hand, getting back to wiping things down. What a great representative of Kwikstop they have there, we were super impressed!

If I want something, I ask Reggy, he's more than accommodating, even if it is something he doesn't have, he will get it. If you are used to going those big stores where they have commissioned sales dogs who hump your leg when you enter the store, you will feel unloved at Legacy. It is small town, this place is going to let you graze a bit first, and I can see how that is off putting when compared to the norm. For us, I like the prices. I like having my stuff delivered and undamaged (which is actually a big problem with those big places in the city). I like buying locally. It does not hurt to shop those big stores, but what you should do is take pictures, bring them to Legacy, and have them make you an offer (you can save a bunch, and have local service). Next thing I am getting at Legacy is a 32" LCD TV. Reggy has some good deals on them, competitive to Walmart, and I HATE BUYING ANYTHING FROM WALMART.
