Yes, customer service here is spotty as it's a large facility so it's tough to accommodate every customer at one time. Plenty of checkout lines during the day including self-checkout line. At night, the lines are limited. Most self checkout lines are closed at night. This causes a bottle neck especially if there is only 1 check out line to accommodate all the remaining customers. They also do have photo center if you need to get photos processed. Also sells televisions, wearable technology, toys, computers and other outdoor items. They sell anything you can think of.

For my father and I, No Limits Outdoors has become our first stop when looking for a particular firearm. Thrifty's has two floors with 6000 sq. ft. of retail space and is filled with gently used merchandise at deep discounts. More importantly, proceeds support ECHO PLUS services for Emmet and Dickinson Counties' people with disabilities. This store also provides employment opportunities for these folks. Program participants sort and hang clothing, price items and clean. In addition, people from the community volunteer at Thrifty's to help keep things going. My Son has never met a yard sale that he didn't love. So as we were recently walking around Downtown Estherville, he made a direct path to Thrifty's Door.
