We could not be more disheartened than we are. Luckily, it was not very expensive and we got our belongings moved; even though it took over six hours to move 1.3 miles from where we lived and we lost a couch and an entertainment unit. Do not fall for the stellar reviews; they are bogus! Save yourself the headaches.
