Bought three very overpriced pieces, none of which were marked, all of which he quoted random prices for, which changed a time or two (went up) and then he threw them, NOT GENTLY, into the bag with no wrapping whatsoever. He did not have even a modicum of professionalism and was far from polite, staring us down at the window again as we left, watching every move we made, even inside the car, until we left the lot. When we got home, we realized one piece was cracked. Tried to take it back, a $20 piece and he said we broke it. We told him no, he threw them in the bag with no wrapping so HE broke it and we want our money back. He said no money back but he gave us a MUCH cheaper piece, probably $8 at most and said you can have that instead. Left and went to an established shop across town where they could not have been any more welcoming, had FAR cheaper prices, a much better selection, and everything was on a professional level, including all glass wrapped before being put into the bag. I will never, ever, ever, go to spaced out glass again and I recommend you don't either. You'll just waste time and money and be treated rudely not to mention the fact, most of their pieces are cheaply made crap they're trying to pass off as high end glass.
