Three different…read moreoccasions I've been here and had gotten home to find mold on cheese, the expiration date was July 2024, I bought some frozen fruit and the fruit was moldy/bad tasting when thawed, went to get a pizza in the middle of March 2024 and the sell by date was in February 2024. Again, got some Mac & Cheese with a best by date being 4/20/24 and it tasted like sour milk. Granted it's a big store, and maybe I'm being super picky(I worked in Dietary in State Run conditions where you couldn't have ANY outdated/spoiled food) about the quality. The only reason I keep coming back is the location of the store and I want to avoid Walmart. I am however getting my dairy at Braum's, so that helps. My advice to management, keep your eyes on the shelves and sell by dates. I spent full price today for spoiled food and it's not ok. The staff at the store is great. The rep that took my call today sounded like he hates his job. Only here in the area for one more month...I'm hoping for a little to no improvement in the next 30 days. Also, the rewards program is a joke. Been using it so much, it's confusing with no benefits. I would suggest improving and provide perks like a free 8oz coffee at the deli counter, or something WORTH using the rewards. Been using it for 4 months with absolutely nothing to show for.

I did…read moreencounter one employee who was very helpful at showing me where the section I was looking for was. When I first walked in I realized I was wearing a patriotic t-shirt I had bought at a Walmart in Arizona so naturally I wouldn't have the receipt with me. I stopped the first young man with a Walmart shirt on that I encountered and asked him if he would vouch for me that I walked in wearing it and didn't put it on on the store and try to walk out with it. He said, "I don't really care one way or the other." Then he told me they were plenty of cameras so I figured I'd have a record of the fact that I walked in wearing it and stopped worrying but it wasn't a very polite answer. The girl at the cash register just kept staring at me while I was paying. She did say thank you when I was done but was almost glaring at me. You think after they read all the reviews about unpleasant encounters with employees they would try to do a better job of training them to be cheerful. Who wants to go back to the store or you aren't treated like a valued customer? I think this is billed as a super Walmart but I've been in many super Walmarts and I wouldn't think this qualified, too small, not enough variety of merchandise to qualify as a super Walmart.

I got 3 breakfast tacos for $1.50 each. They were awesome. corn tortillas, ham, bacon, egg, cheese, potatoes, sausage, pico, and hot sauce on each. Normal gas station stuff too: soda, chips, candy. There is a seated room in the back where you can eat. Nice staff, not exactly the bet atmosphere for a nice meal... But it's a gas station! Eat here!

I am from the West Coast and am pretty particular about seafood as a whole. I've gone into local restaurants and was like ohhhhhh I can taste that this shrimp was frozen. Ohhhh kay... I picked up the Big Wave Poke Bowl because I have seen Asian people working behind the counter and that gave me comfort. This Poke Bowl was delicious!! The fish tasted fresh. I was so happy!! I will definitely get one again and would recommend it to anyone.

We normally love shopping here, but recently they did 3 things that are quite irritating…read more 1. Recently they've been changing up the ReadyMeals in many ways. Firstly they removed the tortillas from the taco kit, eventually replacing the kit with a "bowl" with most of the same ingredients, but seemingly less chicken and no tortillas. A very problematic change they've made to seemingly ALL of their ReadyMeals is removing cooking/heating instructions. Not only does that seem like a hazard, but it certainly makes it quite the challenge when trying to cook a pizza in the oven. Does it need 350 or 400°? Does it need 8, 10, 15, 20, or 25 minutes to properly cook? These factors vary by each type of pizza. Is the fraction of a cent saved on printer ink on the label worth the customer dissatisfaction? I would think not. 2. They removed all the wall art of the history of Wichita Falls, which had previously made the store feel more "local" and less "uninspired corporate cookie cutter location." 3. They moved the Dublin sodas (a local to Texas brand) to 4 different places around the store and have slowly been phasing them out. Of course, starting with our favorite 1891 Founder's Recipe Cola, followed by our second favorite the Cherry Limeade. We used to buy 6-12 bottles every 1-2 weeks. Normally I could see this being an issue with a lack of demand, but they were constantly sold out of those 2 flavors. I don't expect the 2nd change to be addressed, but it would be nice if the 1st and 3rd would be addressed. Regardless, staff is always friendly and helpful.

They have a full service little mini-restaurant inside where you can order alacart or plates of chicken, catfish, chicken fried steak, with sides of veggies, mashed potatoes, fried okra, etc. I got the fish, my husband got the chicken fried steak with gravy, which was made up fresh for him on the spot. We really enjoyed our meals and the price for both was only around $20! BUT, the real reason I wanted to write a review is to compliment Steve, the gentleman who served us and cooked our food. They have a deli, a meat market, produce, all basic foods, a small floral section, pretty much anything you need, and a lot of miscellaneous items. The service is friendly and they even will offer to take your purchase to your car and help you load it. You sure don't find that in the city where I live! They close promptly at 9 PM, "pull in the shingle and roll up the sidewalk", so get there early.

In other words, almost anything you could buy at a United of twice its size you will find here also. They have a deli area with hot foods ready to eat as well as the cuts area and all of the bakery items you would want to find anywhere. Further, they have a good seafood selection and excellent service behind all of the fresh categories. The store is immaculate. The store has great parking. You will see the right amount of open checkout lines with helpful, knowledgeable staff making sure that your purchases go smoothly.
