This is the Narnia of all Dollar Generals. When you step into a Dollar General, you often assume there will be a faint, moldy smell, terrible fluorescent lighting, and shipment carts packed to the ceiling. In some cases, you won't be able to find a restroom that is open to the public, or a working self-checkout. Well, that is not the case with this Dollar General. This store was so superbly clean, my jaw dropped. They were in full stock of their items and they were neatly placed on the shelves, all faced out perfectly, with no carts on the floor. The ceilings were tall and the entire store was giving Mini Walmart. Restrooms were open and clearly labeled, self checkout was open for business, and the line moved so quickly because of that. I literally am astonished at the level of perfection, this Dollar General had. If every Dollar General was like this one, I would better understand why they are in every single little crevice of America. 10/10 read more

The store is NEVER open!! How as anyone supposed to shop if they frequently close there doors before 4pm and often don't open on time!

I give this Dollar General 5 stars. It's very clean, employees are also working putting new items on the shelves. It's always enjoyable to go and shop in there. Thank you for building this store, great location. West Point, IN read more
