I walked up she started to count down the drawer, there was no one behind me. She did not acknowledge that I was there. I waited for her to to 2 drawer countdowns. Then she rang me up. My items rang wrong price. I said they were marked different on the floor. She said, no they weren't and left the counter to move the remaining products from wrong place. 1. Why didn't she count down the drawer BEFORE, when there were no customers? 2. Why did she think moving the items, meant they were not in wrong spot? Going to Family Dollar from now on. The convenience of this location isn't worth putting up with the mess that this store is in.

Their price tags don't match when you actually pay. They need to update their stuff soon.read more

Hey fellow Yelp users! I went to the Ross at the Crestwood location on 6/09/24 from around 9:30 am…read more- 11:00 am. Items: They had a decent selection of items. I was specifically looking for more workout clothes since I'm a sub Group Fitness Instructor at the XSport not too far from the Ross. I ended up successfully finding some new workout pieces to add to my wardrobe. Atmosphere: I thought the atmosphere was okay. I did find it rather strange that they had no music playing. I was literally shopping without music for like about an hour to an hour and a half lol. They didn't play misic until around 10:30 am or closer to the time I left the store. At other Ross locations and other retail stores, they usually play music, so I just thought it was strange that they didn't play music right away. Customer Service: I thought customer service was great. The line wasn't too, but there was only one person at the cashier register at the time. I ended up doing a return before doing my purchases. Unfortunately, I wasn't aware of this. I attempted in returning a cologne that was in a tin container and cashier/sales associate let me know that unfortunately I can't return cologne since it wasn't sealed. Overall, I had a good first experience with my visit at this location. I will definitely come back if I'm ever in the area. I hope this review helps Ross & its current and future customers. My mother's coat and the purse she came in with were off and right next to the manager. She told her " you can't walk away with the purse!!" She then said it again and when my mom said she was insulting and she was rude she screamed at her and said , " I'm not selling you anything!" Security then came over and then my mom decided to leave. I then called to get the full name of the manager and was told she was busy and was hung up on! Be careful of spending your hard earned dollars here. This establishment was better managed years ago and now it is doing this! They refused a sale of $150.00 all because of the racial profiling of a Bigot of a manager. This is wrong!!!

As soon as I walked in, I was greeted, handed a bag and asked if I needed help finding anything. I was looking for a specific candle and the employee brought me over to the display and let me know to find her if I needed any other help. I browsed the rest of the store and grabbed a few things and then checked out. The cashier was equally wonderful! Everyone had their masks on and there were social distancing markers all over the floors and by the registers. Of course the products I bought smell amazing. I am so happy with Bath and Body Works products and I usually order offline because I didn't even know there was a stand alone store in my area but this will be one of my new go-to shops from now on. I have frequented this place numerous times and have had the blessing of seeing it grow, rearrange and expand. Once I was in there and a worker there was so kind and helpful and even gave me a deal on the two chairs that I purchased. The most recent visit was just the opposite. No one to help or greet. I asked a question and was treated not only like I was stupid but said, "Here's the stairs right here", like I'm some sort of imbecile. I proceeded to want to check out and two workers were too busy complaining and I stood there and waited until they were done. Then when I gave my card she starts to tell me that my card wasn't accepted but then realized she put it in upside down. No apology just again an attitude. I spent over $50 and I didn't know that as a customer I'm such a burden. Take my advice hire friendly people who work only the floor to help customers if you're too busy to help and answer questions. I will still go but there are other shops in the area that I may consider visiting before I'll go back again.
