This store is well stocked and had nice items so I give that a 5 starts. All the caucasian customers were greeted and told to have a great day but once us POC customers come to check out he ignored us and didn't want to put the receipt in my hand. I know this doesn't represent Dollar Tree as a whole but it's says a lot about who works here and how other customers are treated.

In general, beware of Dollar Tree employees playing on your sympathy. One of the former employees…read moreat this location had befriended me. Day in and out she was "crying poor" constantly complaining about her job, complaining about the manager, as well as the supposed small salary Dollar Tree was paying her. She had needed a new car seat for her grandkid and stupidly thinking she needed the help, I contributed towards the purchase. Since I didn't pay for the entire car seat for her, we are no longer even acquaintances. She knew that she was to be leaving this DT location--- so she made a last "grab" for some free money. My story seems to be a common one to some people. DT has a reputation for not paying their employees well and some employees are using that reputation to their advantage. Trying to not let one bad egg ruin my trips to DT. I love Dollar Tree as a whole. Love the locations I go to in other states. Just haven't had luck in this area. This location is convenient-- near Walmart. I get in and out quick. This one is smaller than others--- but has the basics and that's all I need anymore. No more impulse purchases. It is clean-- but not really anything to "write home about."

This review is about the balloons!…read more This is my go to for blowing up helium balloons. They have an amazing selection - every color and every shape of a balloon that you can image. They are always well stocked and there is no shortage of colorful ribbons, weights and more. Staff is always friendly and helpful and balloon prices are fair. I often need balloons for work and for my kids and they can be WILDLY overpriced. Dollar Zone keep things fair and most importantly, my balloons always look great. This is where I'll continue to go!

Prices start at $1 and you'd be very hard-pressed to find an item for more than $5. The quality of the merchandise is more or less what you'd expect at that price point, but I'm occasionally surprised to find brand-name products on the shelves that would sell for two or three times as much (or more) at the big box discount retailer next door. My low review is based primarily on my recent experience in this location when I stopped in to purchase a padded a poly mailing envelope and wound up in a verbal argument with the cashier and his supervisor over the price charged for an item. There was a large handwritten sign taped on the shelf stating "6-Pack Envelopes - $1.50", so I grabbed a 6-pack and walked over to check out. There was no price marked on the package and the cashier turned to a supervisor standing nearby, who said without hesitation that it was $6. I quickly mentioned there was a large sign on the shelf that indicated the price was $1.50 for a 6-pack. The supervisor loudly accused me of lying to her and trying to steal from the store, then said the sign on the shelf wasn't right. When I suggested she take down the sign, she said she wasn't allowed to do that and instructed the cashier to charge me $1.50 for the item. I don't know if the staff was having a bad day but considering their poor attitude towards their customers, I'm not sure I'll return to this location any time soon.
