The battery would not come to a full charge. The owners manual states there is a fault with battery/charging system if it does not come to a full charge within seven hours. This store refused to refund would not allow me to return the bike. My only option is to fix it. I just bought a new bike that is supposed to be working condition when purchased. This is not the first time the customer service at this store has failed. I will no longer be shopping at this store. Additional reviews will be posted on other social media platforms. BUYER BEWARE!! I had always had good customer service until I bout a pair of boots . They turned out to be clearly…read moredefective, but instead of helping me contact the company that made them I was told they wouldn't help me, the boot company wouldn't either, and if I really want to I could contact lammles head office. The manager was rude, unprofessional and used phrases during our conversation such as " don't get snarky with me" and " if you had purchased a pair of more expensive boots we would have fixed them for you". I attempted to contact head office. When you send an email it says you will receive a response in 72 hours. I've never received a reply. I called 5 times, leaving 2 messages. Apparently only one person at head office will deal with warranty or customer service questions. She is on lunch every time i call and doesn't return phone messages. I finally contacted the boot company, who have been far more helpful than lammles and do deal with their customers directly. I will not shop their again, nor advise any one else to. I get better customer service from my local dollar store.
