I almost passed this place as it was a small scale Forever 21 type of store but then saw an entire wall with shoes hanging on it. Pairs were $14.50 or 2 for $20! But they tell me these guys canibalize everything. Which means the computer you buy, probably doesn't have the insides the body of the machine might indicate. My computer completely crashed on me and they couldn't get my stuff back. This was met with a curt, "oh, well, it'll happen again anyway'. That's what the manager told me. It was only after I contacted their head office in Calgary that I was satisfied. They fixed it and I haven't had a problem since (they get a mark for that). But these jokers in the Red Deer shop have to get their act together. They don't listen, they aren't helpful and they don't care. That's not how to do business these days. Avoid this place, but if you must, be very aware of what you're purchasing.
