My mom and I booked an appointment for TWO manicures and massages. Just like other reviews here, the lady was late, we should have left but gave her bring it if the doubt. When she finally got there, I can't even remember how long we waited she told us that she didn't have time to do both of the things we originally scheduled for so we just ended up getting manicures. During the appointment she proceeded to take personal phone calls on her cell phone AND take walk in appointments or have another customer come back a little later in the afternoon. Doesn't make sense to why our original appointment couldn't be fulfilled. DO NOT waist your time here. read more

Well...this was my first wax ever and let me tell you it was and experience. But not in a good way. She was 45 minutes late. We had to call her and see where she was at. Then when she showed up she stood in the back and talked. Didn't even come in and greet us. Or introduce herself. It was super unprofessional. I feel like the whole thing was super unprofessional and my end result was terrible. Patchy and sticky. She didn't even have after care anything. Just oil and a cold wet towel. My mom, whom is elderly and is not in the best health, made an appointment with the salon to get a mani/pedi. She walked there with her walker to find the salon closed and locked, she called and was told to wait as the owner called the gal she had an appointment with, so my mom did only to be told she forgot my moms appointment and is out of town... so the owner agrees reluctantly to come in to do my mom's appointment telling her she will be there in 20... 40 minutes later as my mom is waiting in the heat she finally arrived. Then does not give her the salon treatment of soaking her hands or massaging them or any perk you should get from a place that calls themselves a spa!! Then she is charged full price. We will never be back! And they should be ashamed of how they treated a sick elderly woman! read more

If I could give negative stars I would....had an appointment yesterday 5/20 that was clearly scheduled. I get there the door is locked. Lady apologized and rescheduled me for today. I get there at 5:15 for a 5:30 appointment. Door is locked again. I called and I was like I have an appointment and her response was "yeah" like so...and said 5:30 and said I'm on my way. I left at 5:35. I'm tired after a long day of work. Get a call at 5:37 about my appointment. No thanks...if you don't respect people's time then you certainly don't deserve their business. I'll just save my money and go somewhere more professional and respectful. After reading reviews it sounds like this place is hit or miss...definitely will not be rescheduling. read more

I scheduled an appointment for 2:30, showed up on time, was promised someone would show up in 10 minutes. I sat in the salon for 40 minutes waiting. I eventually got tired of waiting and walked out. Sure wish I'd read the older reviews before I got my Groupon! What's consistent thru-out them is that Jessie doesn't GAF about her business! She is SO frequently late, no shows, not ready, reschedules, and these reviews go back years! Nothing has changed, I had the same experience w the 3 facials I bought 11/2020! She STILL spends time on the phone when she should be focused on her client, is late, reschedules, isn't ready at appointment time (that's if she's even there) dresses unprofessionally, and makes inappropriate conversation. "I like to sleep with white guys and Black guys but not Asians." WTF?!!! I got to hear a lot of long stories about how she's re-doing floors and ??? in her house, no questions about me as a potential long term customer she wants to get to know. The lack of professionalism is apparent when you walk in, before she starts talking....dark and cluttered. She ob didn't know my name even tho I had a scheduled app and she didn't know what service I was there for. "Wanna take your shirt off so I don't get it wet?" And lay on your plastic table in my bra in the cold? No thanks! Didn't even bother to put a cover on my hairline. I'm in between a one and two star review but chose two stars because my pedicure itself is fine. Overall, my experience at this salon was disappointing, and the best way to describe it was a Jiffy Lube like experience for a pedicure with less professionalism. The whole experience was incredibly rushed, with the pedicurist texting, answering phone calls, and talking to her friend while doing my nails, which she ultimately finished in just under 20 minutes. When she started working with another client getting ready for a facial while trying to finish my nails, I decided that this is not a place I would return to. I normally give everyone the benefit of the doubt, especially the first time I go somewhere, but the ultimate lack of professionalism made my experience more stressful than relaxing, which is not what anyone wants out of a trip to get their nails done. read more

Requested an appointment over Facebook for "Monday afternoon". What was replied was a confirmation for an appointment at 3:00 Monday- which was fine, expect that there was no "does this work for you". I took the appointment not realizing I was scheduled for later at work than I anticipated, but since it was such short notice I decided I would just leave work early to make the appointment. I arrived at 2:50, door locked. Not uncommon, I just decided to wait a few minutes and try again- 2:58 I try again still locked, I sent a Facebook message telling them I was here for my appoint met and the door was locked. After waiting 10 minutes, I left. I got a reply at 3:25, on my way- to which I told them I already left and had left work early to make this appointment, they said they were right down the road but I had already left to do other errands. They replied with "ok errand away, have a good one" which I thought was very unprofessional, considering THEY missed my appointment. They then noticed that they wrote the time down incorrect and apologized and tried to defend "I was coming right back" "do you want to reschedule or come now?" Which I responded with a no thank you. Had they left out the comment about errand away have a good one, I would have rescheduled, but the unprofessionalism in that single comment turned me away and never to go back. read more
