I wanted a gift card for my daughter for Christmas - and was talked into a 3month "membership" which I got. Well it's time for her to make an appointment, so she called and emailed and got a confirmation text. She got to the shop at her confirmed appointment time and it was closed, locked up tight, lights off - Never notified. Complete waste of $200 on this. Horrible customer service - ZERO communication. It's just horrible. On the site, they'd obviously rather teach others how to do this themselves than offer the service that made them relatively popular in the first place. Sad.
