I was greeted warmly when I came into the door which is appreciated. I was; however, disappointed with them not having enough of the ingredients for some of the things I wanted to buy like the sugar plum pastry and running out of the peppermint shavings for the peppermint mocha. A young man came out to help and the young lady made her drink and snack then went to the back. The order ahead of mine was quite complicated and it took about 7 min. By this time I was having to leave after waiting a total of 11 min. Or so. I tried to get a refund as I had to be somewhere and didn't think one drink ahead of me delay me so long. However, he was unable to do that and I had to go without a drink or a refund. I guess I just thought the young lady who took the orders would help him finish since it was just before 7:00 and you close at 8:00.

I ordered a chicken pesto with no tomatoes. I waited 30 minutes for a chicken pesto. I waited 30 minutes because my sandwich was given to the wrong person, and the lady bought it up to the counter and said "this is not mine". I watched them put the sandwich off to the side, and about 15 minutes, one of the associates asked me, "Sir, are you waiting on anything?" I said yes, a chicken pesto. She then went to the back of the counter and grabbed the sandwich that was out waiting. I asked her if this was the sandwich that the lady said was not hers. The associate told me no and laughed, which I knew it was. I asked them to politely remake it, so the manager remade it, and I watched him slam the chicken on top of the flatbread, as if he was mad that he had to remake it. During the remake of this sandwich. Another customer had an order being fulfilled, so my order and his order was bought out together by the manager. He asked which one of you guys had the chicken Pasco. I raised my hand and said "me". He gave the customer my sandwich and gave me the customer sandwich. He basically switched it on accident. The customer went to his car. The customer came back from his car and said this was not mine. He caught an attitude and said, " I asked y'all who had what, so why did y'all tell me that was not the right one?" All witnesses agreed that we told him that we told him the right thing. It was a mistake solely on him. He rushed to the back and had an attitude and went missing for about three minutes. I don't know what he went. Go do for three minutes he could've went grab a weapon or hit his vape or something because he was moving pretty weird. So, I politely asked another associate to make my sandwich because I did not want his negative energy touching something I had to eat. After my sandwich was made, I asked, "I can I speak to him," and I said from man to man and a customer to an associate, " I told him that he did not have to handle that situation with the attitude as if it was overwhelming or something we did wrong." And he said, "And just for that, I'm expecting you to leave my store right now." I said, " OK, I will leave," but that does not make it OK to handle the situation like that, and he got mad. The only reason why I did not admit me because I was still waiting on a smoothie to be made that they forgot to. But He called me a boy. He asked me what's up and what I was trying to do. Once he saw that, I was not afraid of his words; He said that he was going to call the police. All of his employees were asking him "why are you going to call the police for? he did not do anything". He initiated threats and violence by saying, "What's up? What are you trying to do?" I don't want to lose my job behind this. so I asked him what he meant by that? I asked him was that a threat and I also asked him is he willing to kill me behind this situation? He didn't didn't say anything he got scared to go to tropical smoothie he told do y'all have a At the end of the day, I have about seven witnesses that would say the same story that I just typed here, so whoever that guy is needs to be held accountable and does not need to be a manager in my opinion. I was definitely full after that. They also have a good selection of hot dog with an interesting selection for toppings. I recommend the bacon dog with pimento cheese. That's the stuff!!! Enjoy!!!!
