I love the Dolphin Mall! It has all the great outlet stores in addition to regular mall stores. The only stores that are missing are department stores and I'm not a fan of department stores anyway. There are many small specialty stores as well. So shopping is one thing, but this is also an awesome hangout place. There's a large outdoor area with restaurants, a bar, and a stage where they have entertainment every weekend. There's also a bowling alley, a movie theatre, and a Dave & Busters. Definitely one of my favorite malls ever. read more

Rip-Off at Digital Universe!!! While buying binoculars (Olympus10*50 DPS) I was paying more than 3 times the price as advertised on online stores. The digital universe price was USD 350 while it goes for USD 80 on online stores. After realising the rip-off, I went back to ask my money back, which was refused. I really like Dolphin mall, EXCEPT for the movie theatre. About two years ago, that theatre was the best. WTH happened?!? I would go every single weekend. Now, i never go to any cobb's. Regal or AMC's only for me! Here is why i hate the dolphin mall theatre- *The employees are rude and clueless *When you need a manager to get involved in something, they are completely useless. *The bathrooms are disgusting *The theatres are dirty *There are mice in the theatres!!! This mall is actually the place that i like to go and hang out with my friends and family i go every week at points to go shop or just look around as well the good thing is that there is always something for us to do at the mall like go to the cinemas and david busters wooo and party shows clubs and all good resturants but its expensive so you better be holding some cash in your pockets. Starbucks as well yipeeee!!! there are good shopping centers to hop at and the people that work there are nice well some compared to some stores like polo i love that store but the service is horrible omg but i dont blame the clothes all i blame is poor service. i can't describe more about the mall but its actually one of the favorite place to work there. read more

The shopping Mecca of the Miami area. Everything you could possibly need can be found at Dolphin Mall, and if it can't be found it'll most likely be linked to you from here. It's a great tourist spot for those who want a good taste of Miami entertainment and memorabilia. Crowded most of the time, I suggest you go around noon on a weekday if you just want to shop, otherwise I'd go around 2 on a Saturday if you like to play bumper cars with complete strangers. This mall is always packed with so many people. The parking is horrible and valet ranges from 7-10 and gets full quick. I don't like the crowd it has definitely downgraded over the years. The stores are ok. I personally like macys, nordstrom, and H&M which none are in this mall. Go during the week or go to international mall. read more

A lot of walking as expected at malls. Large variety of selections. Watch station,aeropostale, forever 21, and polo association had some great pricing. Got here at 1.5hours before closing so didn't get to explore much. If ever back in the state, will give myself more time but from the time I spent, nothing crazily on sale or outlet type pricing. Me and dolphin mall have a love hate relationship! I love that they have a wide variety of stores and strategically located, however I hate the parking situation. The parking is always a nightmare...doesn't matter the time or day of the week (of course weekends are insane and worse). The parking spaces are small so it doesn't help when people pen selfishly and bad! I love the outlet mall because you tend to get better prices and more for your money! I also like that dolphin is not just a mall but a place where families can go for entertainment and dining. I had a horrible theft experience at his mall 2 years ago. I was at the counter, had a couple bags just rested it on the counter to get my wallet and in a split second it was gone! 2 polo shirts I bought for something for a birthday present was gone in an instance. It disgusted me to think how dishonest and thoughtless the human race is.! I immediately reported to the security, the store had everything in cameras yet all I was told was they are sorry and they can't really do anything cause theft happens all the time and daily in this mall! REALLY! I was in the verge of tears mainly out of frustration! Common sense would tell you to strategize ways to minimize theft because when nothing is done these thieves would continue. What was even more disgusting was that the cameras showed a group of women and children committing the crime. Is this what we are teaching our children? So not only did I have a horrible experience, my birthday present was stolen ($150) and the security was useless. on nov 1st i dropped my friend ariel bosch. at your mall for a couple hours while i went to work for a few hours.when i returnend i went inside to find a restroom .i did find one around the corner from burger king.since i have never been in your mall i felt it easier to wait outside and call my friend,when i did reach him he told me that he was at mojoitos and that had a couple of beers.a few minuetes later he called me to let me know that security had accused him of loitering.he later told me that security saw him going into the restrooms several times.since my friend does use the restroom several times after consuming 2 beers,still waiting for my friend i saw security pull up to the side walk.when my friend was walking tward the parking lot i got into my car to follow him.when i saw mulitible flashing lights i became concerned that there was a problem.when i could not find my friend a security officer who was very rude question me as to me looking for my friend and repeatedly said there were cracking down.just befofe i left he told me not to come back to his mall, i ended up picking up my friend but left your mall with a very un easy feeling.my friend was told not to come back to the mall for a yearand i was told not to come back to his mall.i don;t know whats going on at your mall but to accuse innocent people of doing wrong is not right. read more

I came back down to Miami to celebrate my birthday and hang with my family & friends. My wife wanted to swing by Dolphin Mall to get her eyebrows done at some place she used to go to all the time. Needless to say, we knew we were back in Miami as soon as I got cut off getting into Dolphin Mall. I forgot how hectic the parking was and how horrible the customer service was. Don't get me wrong, I love this mall because of all the different stores and places to eat, but don't expect to get top notch service. I guess I'm just spoiled with the customer service that I've been experiencing since I've moved to Orlando. This place is always packed and parking is horrendous. Don't expect to park at the very front of any entrance at this mall; you either park far or valet your car. Every time I'm in this place I tell myself I wish I could shop here without having to come here and then I remember the joys of online shopping I was taking for granted. Parking is a nightmare and it's crazy overcrowded with tourists buying luggage and filling it with purchases on-site. The wait for restaurants is usually outrageous and waiting in line for an hour to watch a movie is no fun but it's really a place where you can do a myriad of activities aside from just shopping and it's so massive I can see why it draws such a crowd but I don't like to shop here unless I know what I'm getting and can get out quick. Definitely not a place I would consider a pleasant experience but more of an infuriating tourist trap. Nevertheless, I still come here for outlet shopping when absolutely necessary and always get a good deal. My wife and I have been to this mall once before, and decided to make a trip back again while we were in Miami. First off, I wish we had a mall like this in St. Louis. It is absolutely huge. It took my wife and I a few hours to go through the entire mall, all while stopping at many stores along the way. This mall has just about every store you could possible want. Everything from Sport Authority and Nike, to Michael Kors, Brooks Brothers, Steve Madden, Polo, Coach, etc. If we had a mall like this in St. Louis, I don't think I would go anywhere else. Don't get me wrong, we have malls that have these stores, they're just spread out at various malls. Nothing all in one place. Some of the stores are outlet mall style, so they're large and have lots of stuff to choose from at cheaper prices. They have mall style restaurants (Cheesecake Factory, etc.) outside the mall, and of course a food court inside. There is no shortage of options here. I enjoyed my shopping experience here, and will be back again when I'm in Miami. read more

A big indoor mall with a lot of stores for all ages and a lot of restaurants. The prices are really cheap here (a lot cheaper than say dadeland mall). Only thing is the fashion in most of the stores for my age isn't my style. A lot of stores are very "Miami Fashion" and I prefer something more conservative and more prep/business casual (like say Banana Republic or Jcrew clothes mixed with LK Bennett heels and Chanel accessories). And parking can be of an issue if you come here on the weekends. It is a far drive for me (aka traffic) and I have to pay tolls whenever I come also which is a pain. read more

If you don't have patience then you should avoid this mall. You have to go in here with certain expections, for example don't expect to find a parking spot even close to the actual mall. But hey, walking is good for you right? And if you actually find someone leaving their space then expect to fight with 3 other people for it. And the other reviewers are correct, this mall is overcrowded during peak times and if you don't speak Spanish then you pretty much don't communicate with sales associates. But if you can look past those things then you're bound to find some great deals from the stores. I've found nikes for 15$ , an outfit to go out in for under 30$ , and Micheal jordon Cologne for 14$ there are so many outlet stores here and smaller chain stores with funky pieces. The have an Oakleys store that I go to a lot and I like F.Y.E. The food court is awesome too, haven't had a bad experience with the food. The only thing I think is a little lame about this mall is the parking. It seems when I go to the mall so does all of Miami. I gave it four stars because a lot of the cart vendors are really annoying at times. The Dolphin Mall is very beautiful mall that typifies Miami glitz. It's filled with fashionable boutiques as well as national and regional chains. As is common these days, you can normally find much better prices online. But one goes to Dolphin Mall to be seen and socialize as much to shop. Malls are having a hard time elsewhere, but the parking lot at this one is regularly full. Be aware that if you are a non-Spanish speaker, you will constantly be greeted first in Spanish. once the is closed, if you left your car say at Marshall ( 5 entry) but at ( on Sundays happened to be having coffee at Starbucks you have to walk on the out side from entry number 3 to entry number 5, because security will close down the access in the inside so you are left to walk on the out side a lot, depending where you left your car exposing you to the dangers of Miami and specially in this place where there is always robbery and assaults y you can, please stay clear of this place. dolphin mall ive been to this mall many many time back in the day when I was 18 every Friday Saturday nights. I use to love going there with friends to have theam crazy smoke secions all over the upstairs in the back seeing people do crazy shit poping Xanax to ecstasy. gang fights braking out a lot upstairs in the parking lot everywhere . law enforcement even raided the whole mall one night because like 10fights had broken out already and more were to come . this mall was crazy back in the day . now in days the sweetwater police has taken over and none of the exict just a bunch of tourist and friendly people . Had my nephews bday dinner at Dave & Busters in the Dolphin Mall, it was ok, the food was not worth the price they are charging. Did not enjoy the deserts at all, the only 1 worth it, was the chocolate cake. The ladies restrooms were dirty, and the smelled like urine. The play area was clean, games worked great, the dinning rooms were clean. The staff, well lets just say, the service was second hand. Our waitress would disappear, when we would ask for something it took forever to get it, mind you, we were her only table, of 16 people. At the front when I went to get the kids playing card, the girls were to busy taking with each other to notice the line of people, I would ask them questions regarding the cards, because I had never been to a Dave & Buster's, they had to ask themselves because they had no clue. Very disorganized. Then after dinner, & paying a large bill for soso food, we headed to the game room, found a table, & ordered deserts, & coffee, tjis waiter was worse then the first 1, needless to say, When it came time to pay that bill, I almost walked out without paying the bill. I asked him for the bill, & sat there & waited, after 45 min, I told the other waitresses that was there, that my waiter had 1 min to come collect my payment or I was leaving. I won't go back. The store called Digital Universe was very over priced. The store employee was very helpful and gave me a 50% discount on an Item I payed 900 dollars for. He said to me you can`t get a better price than this anywhere. Later that day I bumped into the same product at Best buy the price was 480!! I was miss leaded! So don`t fall for it. Some stores are not trustworthy so if you have you`re phone with you check prices and compare! And if they say no return accepted cause of sale prices! That`s a red flag!
