We went at 4pm for an English speaking group tour. The woman, I forget her name but she is one of the owners, was LOVELY. She really talked in depth about the wines and you could tell this was truly her passion. We ended up tasting 3 wines that day; a red, white and a rose. Since it was our honeymoon she only charged us for 1 tasting, SO sweet!! Highly recommend coming here. It is a family run winery and you can really tell they love what they do.

Our guide, Laura, spoke great English and was so kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. The 5 wine tasting and cellar/vineyard tour was truly amazing. We so enjoyed the feel of the place, the wonderful employees, and breath taking views. We were so impressed that they do everything in-house as an AOC Bellet, from the vineyards to the labels. It is the perfect way to escape from Nice for the afternoon. At 25 Euro per person for a 2 hour and 5 wine experience, it doesn't get better!

It was fun to watch how socca is made and, as someone who has never tried it, I really liked it (not something I would crave immediately again but it's a good option for gluten free street food). Seems like there is always a line outside (which is an indicator for delicious and cheap food). It's more of a to go place so make sure it's packaged well as socca is pretty greasy and can create a huge mess. Overall, I would definitely go there again if I am in Nice.

We got a chance to see how they make their socca, which is apparently just the same flour used for couscous, mixed with water, then placed an big, round, metal baking dish lined with olive oil, and then oven roasted for 3-5 minutes. Once done, it's just lightly seasoned with pepper - our guide said no other spice, otherwise it's not authentic in terms of local custom. I wasn't the biggest fan of the socca, though it wasn't bad, and their pizzas on offer all looked amazing - there's a reason they had the long line that they had. Next time in old town Nice, I'd give them a try!

The "omelette complete" (cheese, ham. mushroom) are out of this world delicious - even though a very generous serving - you will lick your fingers and finish it until the last bite.. The baguettes, baguettines"& croissants and all other locally made delicacies are are out of this world! (And we are not easy tasters and/or customers, believe you me..) Besides that's where most of the city's restaurants, individuals and businesses come to purchase their daily supplies - you realize that by sitting outside in the beautiful sitting area - directly across from the beach park - and "observing"... The friendliness (and efficiency) of the staff is not to be forgotten! Especially Charles' hospitality - you will have the pleasure of being served by Charles everyday of the week, except Thursdays. And on Thursdays the other members of the staff will do their very best to make you forget that today alas, Charles is not here. We have moved on to London now, but can't wait to return to Antibes again next year and have breakfast every morning with Charles! (BTW Charles' and other staff members' English is quite decent - do not be "afraid"!)
