A response to the owner's response:…read more It is not up to you to decide what we are happy with. We were never happy with the original hang job and expressed that. You basically left our house in a hurry after the first day of hanging and insured that you would come back and fix it if we wanted to. Again, we never felt like it was hung right in the first place and told you as such. As far as the damage goes, I will attach more photos below. I sent these to Susan and she ignored that part of my text. I have photos that I sent to Susan when we asked her to do the job showing that there is no damage on the fireplace. You know nothing about when other people were in our house. No one touched the mirror between when I sent that photo and you guys came and installed it. The damage was done when your first guy showed up and did not put a blanket down before doing the initial assessment. You were not there at that time to witness or not witness that. I have never met a business owner that does not want to make the customer happy. I have also never heard such BS as to blaming your own feelings on why you will not fix the job that you originally did not per our request. That was your way of saying we want to charge you another $900 again, but I will blame it on my feelings instead. For everyone's visibility, I will also send screenshots of my texts with Susan.

I said yes. Two guys arrived...one was clearly older and in charge. He had a total attitude and complained that he couldn't believe they only blocked out one hour for my job and it was going to cost more. I didn't understand what his problem was considering they had a cancellation and he said they didn't have an appointmoment after mine. He was impatient and rude to the guy helping him. He left a total mess for me to clean up and the guy helping him made excuses for him saying he was having a bad day. I had additional pieces to hang, but told him I would do it. I would never hire them again. Totally unprofessional.
