I informed him that my appointment had been confirmed for 14:00 to 18:00 he then said "in that case I won't be turning up " and put the phone down I sent messages to customer service NO REPLY I sent text messages NO RESPONSE I called the help line only to be told I would have reschedule my appointment as they had cancelled because they NOT ME had changed the time of the appointment So I get penalised because their engineer finishes his previous job early a can't be arsed to wait I took the afternoon off for this repair appointment Worst customer service I have ever experienced ABSOLUTELY APPALLED BY THE LACK OF CUSTOMER CARE BE WARNED

So I didn't realise that Yelp had a way of requesting quotes/information from multiple…read morecompanies.... that's exactly what I did. And Chris from OvenFix was the only one to respond. I called to talk with him and after being on the phone for a couple of minutes, he had already helped me solve the problem with our main oven. However, after talking about the issue of the mini oven that was constantly on, he was able to tell me that a part needed replacing. He was able to order it and stop in the next week to fix it. The repair didn't take very long and after he fixed it, he wiped down the front of the oven down since he had to remove the oven doors. He said to give it a try and if we aren't satisfied, he would come back. He sent along the invoice in a few days and we were able to pay by bank transfer. Chris was great and I would highly recommend him for any of your oven repair needs! Now if he could just repair waste disposal systems, that would solve the rest of my problems :)
